Tuscany - Pisa and the Countryside

We just returned home from a great trip to Tuscany. The weather was gorgeous, with wonderful sunshine (something we don't get a whole lot of here in Germany during the late fall and winter). We spent our first full day in Pisa and also took a beautiful drive through the Tuscan countryside.

After spending time in Pisa we headed out for a beautiful drive through the Tuscan countryside to the village of Volterra. It was neat to visit a quintessential Tuscan town. The views driving there were breathtaking!
