It looks like July 9th is the day! Dr. Ward is still concerned about my blood pressure and the fact that Baby Baker is getting pretty big. He'll definitely be bigger than his sister, as Isabella only weighed 6 lbs, 9 ozs. So, the doctor has scheduled an induction for the 9th.
Per the doctors orders I am still on bed rest. When he first put me on bed rest last week I thought that it would be very relaxing and I'd get a lot of sleep/rest, but now it's become quite boring. There's just so many times I can watch Top Chef reruns, and Steve doesn't like me to watch Fox News too much, especially if there's political coverage on, because it just gets my blood pressure even higher.

A Doctor Isabella Loves!

A Wonderful Father's Day
Steve is such an amazing Father and Husband! When we were sitting at the breakfast table this morning Steve's prayer put the day into perspective for us. He reminded us that Father's Day is a day we celebrate Fathers and what they provide for their families, but that we must not forget that God was the first Father and that we are all His children and our blessings are from Him.
Despite the fact that Steve has been incredibly busy at work he has picked up so much of the work at the house as well, since I am HUGE, don't really sleep anymore, and waddle like a duck. Isabella and I are so very thankful for him!
We had a great lunch at Lytle Land & Cattle, relaxed this afternoon while Isabella took her nap, went to Cold Stone Creamery this evening, and ended the day with some crazy water time with Isabella in the backyard.

Isabella LOVED her ice cream. This is actually the first time she's had ice cream, other than a spoonful here and there.

If you're looking for a fun outside water toy, don't waste your money on this. It was a big disappointment.
Isabella much preferred Daddy spraying her with the hose!
The cold water felt wonderful on a VERY HOT day!

Just some random thoughts...
-I’m so glad I’m not on the International Space Station, as their only toilet isn’t working.
-I finally had the chance to work on the horrible wine stain in the office closet and Cheryl’s suggestion of OxyClean worked! I am going to buy stock! (I should have taken before and after pictures).
-Our next assignment is up in the air again. Just when we think we know where we’re going… We just know we’re moving sometime between October and December.
-I think it’s hilarious that people are complaining about high gas prices while driving Hummers.
-Only 7 more weeks (give or take a week or two) until Baby Baker arrives!!
